All patients are seen by appointment only. If you need to be seen immediately, please let us know at the time you call and we will do everything possible to accommodate you. For urgent concerns or emergencies that occur outside of regular office hours, one of our doctors can be reached through the answering service at our regular office number. Your call will be returned as soon as possible. In case of a life threatening emergency, call the paramedics (911) who will transport you to the nearest emergency room.

Insurance & Payment
We do not take HMO plans, but are contracted with a number of PPO insurance plans. Please check with your insurance company prior to booking an appointment to determine coverage. Cosmetic dermatological procedures are not covered by most insurance plans. Payment for cosmetic procedures is due at the time of service. There is a fee for all skin care consultations. We require a deposit on most cosmetic procedures. The deposit is refundable if canceled 7 days in advance.
Co-pays and deductible charges will be collected at the time of the visit. We accept VISA, MC, AMEX, Check or Cash. Patients are responsible for knowing their insurance benefits. Please notify us of any changes in your address or insurance information.
Medical / Back Office
Prescriptions that need to be refilled prior to your next visit should be discussed with the doctor during your visit. Between appointments, prescriptions may be refilled by your pharmacy. Your pharmacy can fax the refill request to (949) 640-0439.
Back office staff is available to answer most medical questions. Calls are returned 2 times a day. For suture removal, please schedule an appointment with the front office.
As a courtesy, our office routinely calls patients to confirm their appointments two days in advance. However, it is the patient’s responsibility to note the date and time of their appointment. If you cannot keep your scheduled appointment, please notify our office no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Failure to notify our office for missed appointments will result in a $50.00 charge. Please note, these charges are not reimbursed by Medicare or private insurance.
